Reflection

To be completely honest I actually did read a lot of books this semester. I didn't blog about them really ever or even talk about them much. Some of them might be a little to graphic for school but I thought they were interesting. I like reading sometimes its just not usually interesting to me. I am more of a face to face or see it in a movie if i want to hear a story. I really don't even like texting I would rather talk on the phone. But for this class I sucked it up and found some really interesting books that I knew I could actually finish.

Since this class is over basically I wont be reading much anymore. I just don't have the time for it, and maybe when I get older I will find an interest in it, but as for now its just not there. Sometimes I would read in the middle of the night like around 4. Not on the weekends though just the week days. Then other times I would read in between games or on my way to tournaments. But I just have so many other things I am focusing on it was hard to find a good time to actually read a book, not just look over the words.

The class was fun though, I loved SPELL BOUND! I am going to buy that and watch it whenever I am having a bad day!

Glass 1-156

The book Glass is the sequel to crank. Not only is it completely amazing and intriging, but it is also sending a good message. I love this book already. Its interesting because the main character Kristina, she is the mom, is still a meth addict slut of a mom. I find it funny, but anyways back to the book. She is still hooked on drugs, and preggo, obviously, but I mean what do you expect from someone who has never had a disciplinary figure in her life. The first book told the story of her getting hooked on drugs and addicted to sex, now glass starts up with her after her first child and preggo with another while still addicted to drugs. Its crazy and she met a new guy...another shocker.... who is using her for sex. Its becoming interesting.

I am probably going to finish this book tonight. I reccomend everyone to read this book because its a real wake up call and can show you what STRUGGLE is all about. Yeah.. I definatelly reccomend it to about 94 percent of the homestead population to read, maybe that can give them a taste of the real world haha and show them what the word struggle means. No its not when daddy cant buy you a new BMW... haha okay I am dont ripping on my peers. Good book though the first 150 pages are already getting me hooked.

Anthology Project

My theme for the Anthology Project is Chicago. I chose Chicago because, our school year is coming to an end and I will be a senior next year which means graduation is sooner and Chicago is where I am going to be spending the rest of my life after high school.....Hopefully. Everything about Chicago I love. The good the bad its all important to me. Therefor i decided for my anthology I would do it over something I love, that way I actually have the motivation to do the project.

Poems:
Chicago by Carl Sandburg
Chicago and December by W.S. Di Piero
The Harbor by Carl Sandburg
April by Adam Wojtanek
Lake Shore Drive by Aliotta, Haynes, and Jeremiah
Lake Michigan by Doug Tanoury

Osama

I think it is very interesting to see how the came up with a plan to find the most wanted man in the world. I mean its obviously a huge achievement for our country. Although honestly, I cant say I necessarily agree with how most people reacted to it. I understand he should have been killed, and he was. That should have been the end of it. On T.V. you saw everyone celebrating and getting all excited about Osama's death. If you really think about it though, we are celebrating the death of a human being. Now dont get me wrong he deserved to die and was a terrible man who did a lot of wrong doings. But if you have any christian morals, you would not being celebrating a death. I dont know its just my opinion. I mean he is dead and gone now, so we can stop gettin all happy and just move on.
