Lent

Well lent has been kicking my butt this year. I chose to give up texting and facebook. It is extremely difficult not texting. Facebook isn't so hard but I feel so out of the loop without it. I cant see whats going on in everyones lives. Its funny how people try to deny that they dont stalk on facebook but we know they do. I find that hilarious, and its funny how much personally information people put out on the internet. I think so people dont really care about themselves enough to keep certain things private. I find it very entertaining though to learn so much about other peoples lives. Now the whole texting thing, this is terrible. Not only do I feel antisocial, but I get so bored and its really getting kind of lonely. Most people cant even carry a conversation on the phone because they are so use to texting. That is sad. This is just opening my eyes to who my real friends are (the ones who call me) and showing me who is their for me when I need it under any circumstance. I am excited for the rest of lent, I love a good challenge.
